Christian Education
Discipleship is very important to all of us here at St. Mark's Church, Frankford, as well as to God. The call or commission from God is to go into the world baptizing in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and teach everything that he has commanded. God did not mince words; he did not add to the requirements: he simply said, do it.
We are doing it:
- On Wednesdays at 10:30am there is an Ecumenical worship event with strong Biblical teaching.
- On Sundays at 9:00am the priest gathers a small groups of people to delve into God's revealed word. We are currently in the Book of Exodus.
- On Friday mornings at 10:30 a small faithful group gather to crack open the Gospel According the St. Luke. We have spent the past year studying the gospel of St. Matthew and the Acts of the Apostles. It is a wonderful time of grace and growth.
- We are trying to get Christian Education for children off the ground which we have yet to be successful with, but hope will happen!

We are an Acts 2:42 Community: we devote ourselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the Breaking of Bread and Prayers.We are not finished products, we are disciples about the business of making disciples.
