Christian Education
Discipleship is very important to all of us here at St. Mark's Church, Frankford, as well as to God. The call or commission from God is to go into the world baptizing in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and teach everything that he has commanded. God did not mince words; he did not add to the requirements: he simply said, do it.
We are doing it!
- On Wednesdays at 7:00pm and on Fridays at 10:30am the rector or priest gathers a small groups of people to delve into God's revealed word.
- We have spent the past year studying the gospel of St. Matthew. It is a wonderful time of grace and growth.
- We are further trying to get Christian Education for children off the ground during the summer months which we have yet to do, but hope with happen!
- Also on Wednesdays at 10:30am there is a fellowship service with the Oxford Circle Baptist Church; we teach teach with them.
